Lakeside Hotel, Tashkent

Advantages: I really liked the hotel and its location. It's clean and cozy. There are many places to eat across Seoul mun street. I can't say that the breakfasts are varied, but everything is very good. I am delighted with the hotel.

Advantages: Everything is fine, one of the guests was in a wheelchair, so we took into account all the wishes and were as polite as possible! Thank you, I recommend it.

Advantages: Best location in Tashkent! Right between Magic City and Seoul Mun and many bus options. Nice facility. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Staff were kind and spoke English well. Disadvantages: The bathroom cleaning was not so good. And internet in the room was bad enough that I had to go to the lobby to do anything that required reliability.

Advantages: A good hotel, very polite staff, guys Amirkhan, Zulfikar, Rosia, thank you very much for your help. Clean bed, clean room. Very good and varied breakfasts. The consumables were changed regularly. Disadvantages: Of the cons:
1. There is a construction site nearby, very loud noise from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. You won't be able to rest.
2. After checking into the room, the cleaning lady came in without knocking. I was in the shower, and I barely had time to put on a towel. I got to know the staff in the most homely environment possible)
3. Dirty armchair with large stains of unknown origin in room 308. I hope the guys will fix this issue.

At the level of a domestic hotel, Seoul Street is across the road, and the magic Park can be seen behind it, but it is relatively far from the subway station. It is okay for free-traveling tourists to live. The two waiters at the front desk, amir and zulfizar, are very enthusiastic and help determine the address!(The attractions in Tashkent are actually quite concentrated, but if you don't know Russian, it's easy to choose the wrong address by taxi), it's very good, you can smoke at the door, and breakfast is Russian.

Advantages: Convenient location , very close to the territory of Tashkent Disney, delicious and full breakfasts, clean bed linen , new ! Very comfortable pillows , the shower room is equipped with all the necessary facilities , the staff works great Disadvantages: No complaints

I recently stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks and was very satisfied with my experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.The receptionists, Mr Umid and Ms Roziya, were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The check-in process was also quick and smooth.Although the hotel is located a little away from the city center, it is still very convenient to get to many tourist attractions. It is also very close to Seoul Mun, where I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.Overall, the hotel has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, and you can truly feel the staff’s care and hospitality towards their guests. Highly recommended!

Excellent service at the desk from all staff. The breakfast was very diverse and the restaurant staff were very helpful. We had a fabulous time, thank you. My only feedback is that the shower tray leaked water which meant our bathroom was always wet.

This is a very good hotel, and in terms of price and quality, it is an ideal location. It is located near the Medjik City Park. In general, it is very conveniently located to all interesting places. There are a lot of complaints about breakfast, but I'll say this, I was with my teenage daughter, who is still picky about food, but even she had breakfast and it was delicious. The room is clean, cleaning as soon as you leave, all hygiene items are updated daily, only I recommend taking your toothbrush, well, a very soft brush in the kits. There are two pillows on the beds, higher and thinner. Yes, there is a construction site outside, but with the window closed and the air conditioner on sleep mode, you can sleep well. There are a lot of cafes nearby on the embankment, Yandex.Food delivery is available, and taxis are also called via Yandex (I recommend comfort+). Very friendly staff. There is an elevator and it works fine.
If you need a temporary registration, you need to make this point known at the reception. If you are going to explore Tashkent, and not to stay in a hotel, then this is an ideal option for accommodation.

The hotel is near Seoul Mun and Magic city, it’s really convenient. You just need to simply walk to those place. The room is nice, but the bathroom drainage is really bad. The staff is nice and friendly. They serve a lot of options for breakfast.

The hotel is very well located, there are several parks nearby, Magic City, Seul park, the staff is very responsive, good breakfasts, the only negative is that the air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle were broken - the staff immediately responded, relocated, eliminated all inconveniences!

They are always smiling, polite, helpful and very professional. They took even small requests with great attention and tried to do everything as quickly and comfortably as possible.

I would like the management to definitely mark their work, because such a service is very rare and of great value for any hotel. Thanks to Almir and Zulfizar, our stay became much more pleasant and left exceptionally fond memories.
